Oath, Affirmation, & Jurats
Service Description
Also known as Verification on Oath or Affirmation in some jurisdictions. The purpose of a jurat is for a person (affiant) to swear to or affirm the truthfulness of the contents of a document. Oaths and Affirmations are solemn promises of truthfulness made by a signer or witness. A notary administers an oath or affirmation to the person who verifies the truths listed in the document under penalty of perjury.

Translators are not permitted for notary services All signatories/applicants MUST be present and have a valid Driver’s License or approved Government issued photo ID Please have all documents completed not NOT signed before Otis arrives You may cancel or reschedule up to 1 hour prior to your appointment PAYMENT IN FULL IS DUE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE
